CHANGE OF MIND/ INCORRECT ORDERS
We strictly do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect purchases. Please review your order and ensure all products have been selected correctly.

If you would like to cancel or change an order that you've just placed, please email us at joleebeauty.co@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request; however, orders for items that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

Customers who have received product/s with a manufacturing fault or incorrect item, will receive a refund. (Note- We undertake strict quality control on every item prior shipment & upon receiving return).

LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS
It is unfortunate that sometimes, our orders do get lost or stolen before it reaches you! In the event of this occurring, it is best to contact your local post office for further assistance. It is outside of our control once the order has been handed off to shipping couriers like Australia post.

We do not take on any responsibility and/or liability of a purchase order once delivered and confirmed delivered by tracking.

We are permitted by the Australian Consumer Law to decline a refund or replacement, if we find that the item/s have been lost, destroyed, damaged or disposed of by you after being delivered.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN?
Once you have checked you are eligible for a return, please get in contact with our support team at joleebeauty.co@gmail.com and we will get in contact within 24-48 hours. Please ensure you have proof of purchase along with your order number. Please note shipping and handling fees will be covered by consumer we do not cover return fees.
